Good to Know
- Delivery is within South Africa only, to a physical street address (no PO Boxes). No weekend or public-holiday deliveries.
- Delays from courier disruptions, weather, strikes or load shedding will be communicated promptly. You may have remedies under the CPA if delivery is unreasonably delayed.
- For estates, complexes or business addresses, please arrange access in advance.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If a parcel marked "Delivered" hasn't arrived, check the address and with neighbours/security, then contact the courier with your tracking number. For damaged items, photograph the packaging and item and notify us within 48 hours. Either way, email support@myndos.co.za and we'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy.
