Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll be guided through delivery details and payment options. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as Instant EFT and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes β€” you have a 24-hour window to cancel or modify your order before it enters our fulfilment process. Contact us at support@myndos.co.za as soon as possible with your order number.

Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors. Myndos does not store your credit card information on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

We offer a flat delivery rate of R 79 anywhere in South Africa, regardless of order size or weight. Free Click & Collect is also available from our Johannesburg location.

How long will my delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days, with transit times of 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) are processed the same day.

Do you deliver outside South Africa?

No β€” we currently deliver only within the Republic of South Africa.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes! Select "Click & Collect" at checkout to pick up your order for free from our retail location at 9 6th Street, Wynberg, Johannesburg, 2090. We'll notify you via email or WhatsApp once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What now?

First, verify the delivery address matches your order, then check with neighbours, security, or household members who may have accepted the package. Contact the courier with your tracking number for more details. If the package is confirmed lost, email us at support@myndos.co.za β€” we'll offer a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, a 15% restocking fee applies and you'll be responsible for return shipping. For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at support@myndos.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. For damaged items, please include photos. We'll guide you through the next steps.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 14 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.

What items can't be returned?

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following are non-returnable: personalised or custom items, opened health and beauty products, pierced jewellery, opened mattresses or bedding, partially or fully assembled furniture, and automotive consumables (like brake pads) once fitted.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Take photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s) before unpacking further, then notify us within 48 hours at support@myndos.co.za. Retain all original packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Products

Are your brake pads compatible with my vehicle?

Each brake pad listing specifies the vehicle make, model, year range, and engine variant it's compatible with. If you're unsure, contact us with your vehicle details (make, model, year, and engine code) and we'll help you find the right fit.

Do products come with a warranty?

Most products carry a limited warranty as specified on each individual product page. Standard items typically include a 6-month limited warranty. Specific warranty terms vary by brand and product category.

Are all products in stock?

Products listed as available on our website are in stock and ready to ship. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll contact you promptly to offer a refund or alternative.

Is Myndos the official Torima distributor in South Africa?

Yes β€” Myndos is Africa's official distributor of Torima products. All Torima items sold through our store are genuine, sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to shop?

No β€” you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save favourite items, and speed up future purchases.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Login" at the top of the page, then click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.

How can I contact customer support?
