Whether you prefer nationwide delivery or free collection from our Johannesburg location, we've designed our process to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (SAST)
  • Processing & Handling: 0–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday)

Once you place your order and payment has been confirmed, our team will begin processing it immediately. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A confirmation email with your order details
  • A tracking number and a real-time tracking link

We offer a simple, transparent flat delivery rate across South Africa, regardless of order size or weight.

Delivery times are typically 3–5 working days after dispatch. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Risk & Ownership: Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of ID when collecting.

Important Information

  • Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.
  • We only deliver within the Republic of South Africa. Please ensure you provide a physical street address β€” we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Unexpected delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier disruptions, weather, strikes, load shedding) will be communicated to you promptly.
  • For deliveries to estates, complexes, or business addresses, please ensure access arrangements are made in advance and that an authorised person is available to sign for the package.
  • If delivery is unreasonably delayed, you may be entitled to remedies under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), including possible cancellation and refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the delivery address matches the one on your order.
  2. Check with neighbours, security, or household members in case they accepted the package on your behalf.
  3. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number for more information.

If the courier confirms that the package is lost, contact us with your order details at support@myndos.co.za. Depending on stock availability, we'll offer you either a replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and the damaged item(s) before unpacking further.
  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myndos.co.za.
  3. Retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
